Katie Spring Berry was admitted to the Texas Bar in
2006. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from
Texas A&M University in 2003, and obtained her Juris
Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in
2006, where she graduated with honors.
Ms. Berry is admitted to practice before the United
States District Court for the Northern District of Texas,
and all Texas state courts.
Ms. Berry was associated with the law firm of Hunton &
Williams LLP in Dallas from 2006-2010. In 2010, she
joined the Spring Law Firm.
Katie Spring Berry's legal experience includes, but is not
limited to, the following:
- defensive representation of national bank's auto
finance subsidiary in numerous consumer lawsuits
and arbitrations
- successful prosecution of numerous lawsuits for
collection of contractual business debts
- representation of real estate, energy and banking
clients in construction litigation and disputes
- prosecution and defense of civil fraud cases
- representation of petitioners and respondents in
simple divorce and custody cases
