FOUNDED by Truman E. Spring, Jr., attorney at law, the Spring Law Firm opened in its
present location at The Adolphus Tower in October of 2000.  The Spring Law Firm has
represented numerous clients from across the United States in a kaleidoscopic variety of
matters.  While a solo practitioner necessarily has a more generalized practice, Truman E.
Spring’s primary focus has remained for almost 20 years in the areas of real estate,
commercial and banking litigation.  Another major concentration for the Spring Law Firm is
in the field of real estate transactions and negotiation, particularly commercial real estate
development and leasing.  In addition, Truman E. Spring is involved in representation of
lenders and borrowers, as well as basic estate planning and probate.
